To our community/customers/employees,

As our country experiences division, I wanted to let you know that at Alacriti we take our corporate responsibility very seriously. Solving the deep, structural issues that have caused nationwide protests will take dedication.

Our deepest condolences are with the families of George Floyd, Ahmaud Aubrey, Breonna Taylor, and the numerous others who were the victims of senseless violence. At Alacriti, diversity and inclusion have always been a priority for our organization. Just as there is no place for racism in our company, we don’t condone its presence in our community and country.

COVID-19 Update – A Message from our CEO

As the COVID-19 health crisis continues to spread around the world, our hearts go out to all who have been affected.

I wanted to personally reach out to you and provide an update on the actions Alacriti is taking in response to the crisis. At Alacriti, we believe it is our role and responsibility to prioritize the health and safety of our employees, customers, and communities, serve you without any interruptions, and support our local health officials and government leaders to help contain the spread of COVID-19.

We are evaluating and updating our plans regularly as the situation evolves, and taking several measures to ensure that we continue to operate without any interruptions. We have also prepared our employees to respond quickly to any emerging situations.

  • Continuing normal levels of service and support
    We are prepared to continue delivering the same level of service and platform accessibility as usual, alongside normal levels of support from our customer-facing teams. All of our support functions remain fully online, and we have confirmed with each of our banking and technology providers their readiness to continue normal operations. We have tested all internal systems to ensure that there is no impact due to remote service. You can reach any of our Alacriti team members as you normally would.
  • Keeping our Alacriti employees safe
    We have prepared for various scenarios, and in line with our business continuity planning and the latest government advice, we have instructed our teams to work from home and suspended travel until the end of this month. Our employees are the heartbeat of Alacriti, and to help support them during this time, we are expanding our sick leave benefits and other policies so that they don’t need to worry about choosing between their health and work.

We greatly appreciate your understanding that, as a customer, your Alacriti Experience may look a little different as we navigate through this unprecedented time together.

PAYMENTS 2019

Alacriti is excited to speak at PAYMENTS 2019, NACHA’s annual conference that unites thousands of representatives from financial and technology services organizations to discuss current issues and opportunities.
