Alacriti Enabled Elite to Expand its Product Arsenal and Drive Revenue.

South Plainfield, NJ – Alacriti, a provider of electronic payment and financial services related technology solutions, has published its latest case study on their strategic relationship with Elite Services.

For more than 30 years, Elite Services, Inc. of Muncie, Indiana, has been a leading print and communication business solutions provider, offering statement design and processing, online billing and payment, print management, and direct mail solutions.

To meet growing demand, Elite needed a scalable payment solution that would offer its clients comprehensive, multi-channel electronic bill presentment and payment functionality. Rather than developing a solution in-house, Elite chose to concentrate on its core business while a technology partner Alacriti, supplied a customizable payments solution that would allow Elite to continue growing its business and meeting client needs.

Alacriti’s OrbiPay and PatientCollect products have proven an excellent fit for both Elite and its clients. Alacriti and Elite share a client-focused culture, and the partnership has already yielded significant results for Elite’s customer base in the first year of implementation:

  • Mortgage lender Stonegate Mortgage Corporation’s electronic payment adoption rates have increased by nearly 400%.
  • Indiana hospital Hendricks Regional Health’s payment dollar volume is up over 35%.
  • IU Health Bloomington Hospital’s payment volume is up 23%, and dollar volume has increased by 35%.

Elite Services’ CEO, Gary Watson, notes, “These numbers prove what we know: that users like using PatientCollect and OrbiPay.”

With Alacriti as its partner, Elite can now work toward realizing its vision of offering a seamless, end-to-end, integrated solution for its clients that includes print and communication services as well as electronic bill presentment and payment via multiple channels, such as web, IVR and agent.

“We are excited and looking forward, about our ability to offer a best-of-breed solution to our clients,” Watson concludes.

Partnership with Alacriti Equips Elite Services with a Competitive Advantage

As one of the largest document solutions in the US, Elite Services provides statement design and processing, online billing and payment, print management, and direct mail solutions to a wide range of clients, both large and small. When its own electronic bill presentment and payment solution was not able to provide the features and functionalities its clients were requesting, Elite Services turned to Alacriti for something better.

Alacriti provided Elite Services with a comprehensive and user-friendly EBPP solution that enables its clients to consolidate payments from multiple channels and offer customers a better payments experience. Moreover, partnership with Alacriti allows Elite to leave compliance and liability issues to experts and instead focus on its core business mission.
