ALACRITI PRIVACY AND CONSENT POLICY

1. PURPOSE
Alacriti Inc. and our global affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Alacriti” or “we”) respect and protect the privacy of our users and visitors. This policy governs how we collect, use, share and protect your information that you provide to us through our website(s), and information about you that we acquire from other parties legitimately. “Personal Information” or “Personally Identifiable Information (PII)” includes information that may be used to identify you personally, such as your name, street address, email or telephone number and any other information that relates to you.

    • Register you for an Alacriti webinar or other event;
    • Respond to your inquiries;
    • Have one of our team members contact you for further discussion and information
  • Administrative Purposes: Alacriti may use your Personal Information for its administrative purposes, including to:

    • Measure interest in Alacriti’s products and services;
    • Ensure internal quality control;
    • Communicate with you about your accounts and activities involving us and our products and services, including changes to our sites or services;
    • Verify your identity or account, as necessary;
    • Comply with regulatory requirements;
  • Marketing Alacriti Products and Services: Individuals who provide us with Personal Information, or whose Personal Information we obtain from third parties, may receive periodic information about us or our business partners’ products and services or upcoming special offers/events we believe may be of interest and as permitted by applicable law.

    We may share your information as described in this Privacy Policy or with your permission with some of our business partners who may offer solutions and services that you have expressed interest via an enquiry or webinar registration or other means on Alacriti website(s) or based on your available information, we believe would be useful to you.

    7. NON-US CITIZEN PRIVACY RIGHTS
    Alacriti’s products and services are available only to residents of the United States of America and hence, Alacriti complies with applicable privacy regulations in the US. While Alacriti maintains the highest level of security and privacy best practices, visitors are advised if they are visiting us from outside of the US or are citizens of countries other than the US, they agree to allow us to use cookies and other tools to collect your information, store, process, and use the same in the US or other regions as permitted under the US law.

    8. NON-DISCRIMINATION:
    We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under applicable laws.

    9. USE OF COOKIES BY ALACRITI
    We, as well as third parties that provide content, advertising, or other functionality on our website(s), may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and other technologies (collectively called cookies for convenience) to automatically collect information.   • Retention: Alacriti retains the personal information securely as long as necessary to share relevant information, updates, and offers with you. You have the right to ask us to remove some or all of it and we will comply with the same, subject to our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
  • Data Store & Access: All Personal Information Alacriti collects may be stored anywhere in the world, including but not limited to, in the United States, in the cloud, on our servers, or on affiliate or third-party service provider servers and accessed from any of our locations or partners’ location(s). Law enforcement or other authorities may access your Personal Information pursuant to a lawful request. By providing information to Alacriti, you consent to the storage and access to your Personal Information as above.
  • Children’s Privacy: We do not offer any products or services to individuals, including children. Hence, we do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from children (individuals under 13 and, in certain jurisdictions, under the age of 16) and no part of our website content is directed to children. If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, you may alert us at privacy@Alacriti.com. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information from children, we will promptly take steps to delete such information.
  • International Users: By using the Sites, Alacriti will transfer data to the United States. By choosing to visit the Sites or otherwise providing information to us, you agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this Privacy Policy will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the adjudication of any disputes arising in connection with Alacriti or the Sites will be in accordance with the Terms.     Alacriti may change this Privacy Policy by posting an updated or revised Privacy Policy on our Sites from time to time. These changes reflect the regulatory changes, security and privacy updates, new uses to which the collected data may be put, and contact information.
