As CEO of Alacriti, Manish is responsible for overall strategy, business development, and company growth. He previously managed the delivery of one of the industry’s largest biller direct bill payment products for Alacriti’s inceptive customer, HSBC Bank. He oversaw the development of several other payment solutions for HSBC and also led global teams at Western Union for money transfer and bill payment solutions. Manish started as a software engineer and has extensive expertise across the payments ecosystem. He holds an undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Chennai, India.
