For more than 30 years, Elite Services, Inc. of Muncie, Indiana, has been a leading print and communication business solutions provider, offering statement design and processing, online billing and payment, print management, and direct mail solutions.

To meet growing demand, Elite needed a scalable payment solution that would offer its clients comprehensive, multi-channel electronic bill presentment and payment functionality. Rather than developing a solution in-house, Elite chose to concentrate on its core business while a technology partner Alacriti, supplied a customizable payments solution that would allow Elite to continue growing its business and meeting client needs.
